September 1861... an Artillery unit formed out of Lone Rock, Wisconsin. They were answering a call of their country to fight in what we now call the Civil War. As a Wisconsin-based artillery unit we have chosen to represent the 6th Battery and honor the history of the unit.

Ron Kind Visit
We were honored at Boscobel by a visit from Ron Kind, Congressman and Brad Pfaff, Deputy Chief of staff at our event Aug. 6. Ron and Brad are very interested in Civil War History.

One of our newer events that takes place in Minnesota is the Olmstead County History Center in Rochester. We are training the Poor Boy's Mess out of the LaCrosse Area as Artillerymen. These are photo's of the recent event.

Boscobel Aug. 5 & 6 2017
